Figura was established in 1991 so we have been designing kitchens and interiors for our clients for over 20 years.

Our showroom has been converted from a beautiful old bakery overlooking the quintessentially English village green of Chiddingfold in Surrey.

We are highly regarded for our design expertise and valued for our excellent service and we have worked hard to build a business that offers our clients the very best in kitchens and interiors.

Figura is, by design, a small business. By keeping the business small we believe we can design more creatively, manage projects more effectively and build relationships with our clients more successfully.

Giles Slater

After a background in yacht design Giles realised an ambition by starting his own company designing furniture for the home. Giles soon realised that he and the company were best suited to designing and installing cabinet-made furniture tailored individually to each client. And this is still true today.

Giles enjoys working closely with every client to design individual handmade kitchens and interiors. Giles’s love of cooking and entertaining with family and friends is central to how he creates wonderful and functional living spaces.

Graeme Freedman

Having studied interior design at Melbourne College and established his own consultancy in Melbourne, the opportunity to come to the UK and add to what is already a truly unique and individual business, encapsulated Graeme’s design ethos and client focus.

His analytical approach and conviction to every project ensures that each kitchen is a one-off, emphasising comfort, relaxation and having a sense of “belonging”, a space that feels right for the way it will be used. Graeme loves to eat with family and friends and enjoys sharing his home with them for any occasion.
